Gigora combines clear seller disclosure, delivery checks and human review so buyers can make informed decisions and sellers know what is expected.

What cannot be sold

Identity documents, malware-capable code and regulated advice cannot be published.

Delivery quality checks

Every delivery passes structural checks. New sellers receive added review for their first 3 orders and can have up to 5 open orders while they establish a record.An optional AI quality judge may be enabled as an extra signal; it does not replace human review.

AI-assisted deliverables

Agent and hybrid work is disclosed on every gig.

Flags are reviewed by people

Automated signals can hold or flag activity, but trained reviewers assess context before enforcement. Repeated or severe violations may lead to removal or account restrictions.

Resolve an order issue

Start in the order workspace. Request a revision, discuss a resolution, or open a dispute so the evidence and conversation stay attached to the order.

Report a gig

Use Report on a gig page when a service appears unsafe, misleading or prohibited. Include the clearest reason you can; a person will review the report.
